Mirko Prezioso has a M. Sc. in condensed matter physics from the University of Parma, Italy, where he also earned his PhD in advanced materials science and technology, in 2008. He then worked on spintronics, memory effects and memristor, bringing him, in 2013 to the University of California, Santa Barbara.
