Tim Delisle is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fiveonefour, where he leads efforts to transform data and analytics for developers. Previously, he co-founded and sold Datalogue to Nike, where he served as VP of Engineering for Enterprise Data, overseeing global software and data engineering 

teams.

At Fiveonefour, Tim spearheads the development of Moose, an open-source framework; Boreal, a hosting platform; and Aurora, an AI-powered Data Engineer. These tools empower industries, including connected fitness, to optimize data workflows and scale effectively. A seasoned entrepreneur, Tim is passionate about driving innovation and helping businesses unlock the full potential of their data.

 

Stephan Neuhaus

Stephan is a patent litigator with more than a decade of experience in protecting his international and national client’s market position with a specific focus on the innovator life sciences (regarding both small molecules and biologics) and chemical industries. Stephan coordinates parallel patent infringement and revocation proceedings in the major European countries, helping clients devise effective cross-border litigation strategies. He conducts infringement proceedings (preliminary injunction, merits), inspection proceedings and validity proceedings at all German courts and oppositions at the EPO. Stephan co-heads the A&O working group for the Unified Patent Court and advises on litigation strategies at the UPC and on questions regarding the European Patent with unitary effect.

Rafi Allos

Rafi specialises in life sciences patents litigation and advising clients on regulatory issues in the life sciences sector. Rafi's patent litigation experience includes both representing clients in U.K. proceedings and assisting clients with multi-jurisdictional proceedings and preparation for potential litigation. In addition, Rafi has a particular interest on the interplay between life sciences regulatory issues and patent litigation and in regulatory exclusivities.

Laëtitia leads the Paris Intellectual Property practice and is Global Co-Head of A&O Shearman’s IP Litigation. She has a wealth of expertise in all intellectual property areas. As a patent litigator, Laëtitia has acted in numerous high-profile international patent disputes, notably for pharmaceutical and high-tech companies, and is recognised for her innovative approach and for breaking new ground. On the Life Sciences front, she has unique experience on the French market being able to advise on pharmaceutical regulatory issues and their interplay with intellectual property law: she has been involved in a number of complex, market-leading, high-value patent litigation, which raises issues of concern for the whole pharmaceutical industry.

Laëtitia frequently publishes and gives talks on patent litigation topics, especially in relation with preliminary injunction measures, SPCs and the UPC.
